This week we focus on the years of 1831 to 1841 when Don Bosco was studying in public school and then seminary. These were influence years in Don Bosco's life as he continued his journey of becoming a priest.

Welcome back to Valdocco! Fr. Steve and Vicky sit with Brother Hubert Twagirayezu, SDB. Br. Hubert is from Rwanda but is studying finance at Iona University in New Rochelle. He shares his story about meeting the Salesians and how the generosity of people inspired him to be generous with his life and eventually become a Salesian Brother. Here is another example of how big and beautiful our Salesian family really is...from New York to Rwanda! Enjoy!

Welcome back to Valdocco! Fr. Steve and Vicky sit with Fr. Tim Zak, SDB. Fr. Tim has just finished serving our province as the Provincial for the last six years (let's stop and give thanks for a moment). Together we sit and listen to his vocation story, learn a bit about him, and finally, a little glimpse into his life as a Provincial. If you have ever met Fr. Tim, you know he's kind, a great listener, and a humble man. It was a real treat to finally have him on the podcast and allow him to share about his life. Join us in praying for Fr.
